The Role:

Working delivering remotely and conducting observations face to face in the field.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated QUALIFIED Assessors to join our team.
As a team member, you will play a vital role in assessing and verifying that correct observations are taking place for Health and Social Care Apprenticeships ranging from Level 2 to 5.

Requirements:
Experience in Health and Social Care: A solid background in the field will enable you to evaluate and assess observations accurately. You need to be delivering Adult Health and Social Care from levels from 2 to 5 apprenticeship standards.
Excellent attention to detail: You must possess a sharp eye for identifying correct observations and providing constructive feedback.
Strong communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate your findings and suggestions is key to this role.
Flexibility: Adaptability and the willingness to travel to see the learner on occasion to see the learner in the work place for an observation.
