As a Section Manager, you are a commercial leader for your area of the store. You own department performance day-to-day — driving sales through product, standards and customer experience, while developing a high-performing team that can deliver at speed.
This role is more commercially focused, so you’ll spend a lot of time analysing results, reacting fast to what customers are buying, and translating insight into clear priorities for the team on the shopfloor.

Support store operations and routines, ensuring execution is consistent and efficient
