We are looking for a Senior French Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Influencer Marketing team at The Beauty Tech Group and support our continued growth across the French market. In this role, you'll take ownership of influencer campaigns across multiple platforms, working with talent of all sizes to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and contribute to sales growth.
Working closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and wider team, you'll develop and execute partnership strategies that blend creativity, data and commercial thinking, helping to drive the growth of our brands across France in a fast paced, performance driven beauty tech environment.
What you'll be doing:

Own and manage the full influencer marketing lifecycle across the French market, from identifying and recruiting influencers through to briefing, content approvals, campaign execution and performance analysis.

Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, talent managers and agencies, becoming a trusted partner within the creator community.

Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with wider marketing objectives, ensuring activity supports brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Negotiate commercial partnerships and affiliate agreements, ensuring collaborations deliver strong ROI and commercial value.

Lead influencer activity around key campaigns, product launches and brand moments to maximise reach and impact.

Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.

Identify new opportunities with emerging and established creators across the French market to expand brand presence and audience reach.

Monitor influencer and affiliate performance against key KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversions and sales.

Work across multiple channels including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, tailoring strategies and content approaches for each platform.

Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, platform developments and competitor activity within France.

Support the development of best practices, processes and ways of working to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including Brand, PR, Social Media, Creative and Ecommerce to deliver integrated campaigns.
Skills, knowledge & expertise:

Native or business-level proficiency in French and fluent English, both written and spoken.

Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, fashion or consumer brands.

Strong understanding of the French influencer landscape and social media trends.

Experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting.

Commercially minded, with confidence reviewing proposals, negotiating partnerships and managing budgets.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

Confident communicator, capable of building relationships with influencers, agencies and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Creative thinker with a strong understanding of what drives engaging and high-performing social content.
