The Role
We are looking for a Junior Manager / Experienced Supervisor to join our team.
This is a hands-on, floor-focused role where you will lead by example, support the team during service, and help deliver a high-quality guest experience.
You will also be trusted to run independent (solo) shifts, taking responsibility for the daily operations when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team on the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Support front-of-house operations and step in during busy periods
- Run solo shifts confidently
- Train and support team members to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Drive sales through upselling and team engagement
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
About You
- Experience as a Supervisor or Junior Manager in a restaurant
- Confident running shifts independently
- Strong leadership with a hands-on approach
- Passion for Italian food and hospitality
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
