Head Chef – Seasonal Pop-Up Kitchen
We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Head Chef to take the lead for a seasonal pop-up kitchen in a beautiful outdoor setting in North Norfolk.
Serving premium burgers, the client is passionate about quality ingredients and their farm-to-fork ethos, using locally sourced, grass-fed, dry-aged beef.
You'll lead the day-to-day running of the kitchen, cooking and overseeing service during busy periods while maintaining consistently high standards of food quality and hygiene. You'll also be responsible for stock control, ordering, supplier management, and working closely with the owners to develop seasonal specials.
About You:
- Experienced chef with leadership skills
- Passionate about great food, local produce and cooking the perfect burger!
- Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure
- Friendly and confident in an open kitchen environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Hours: Thursday–Sunday (plus Wednesdays during summer holidays)
Pay: £18 - £20 per hour DOE, plus bonus to be discussed
