Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint a Client Administrator to join their New Business Team. This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering excellent service, and working within a professional and fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Client Support Executive, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and managing the end-to-end client journey. You will be responsible for ensuring applications, documentation, and client communications are handled efficiently and professionally, helping to deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting advisers with high-level administrative and operational tasks
- Managing applications and progressing cases with providers and third parties
- Preparing client documentation and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Coordinating pre- and post-meeting activities
- Liaising confidently with clients, providers, and stakeholders over the phone and via email
- Producing client correspondence, reports, and templated letters
- Managing adviser pipelines and providing regular updates on case progression
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office
- Supporting the wider team with general office administration
About You
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a client-focused environment. You will have previous administration or office support experience and be confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and approachable manner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (desirable)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
