Fully Remote Conveyancing Paralegal
Stride Recruitment are working alongside one of the country's leading Conveyancing firms, who are seeking experienced Conveyancing Paralegals to join their team, on a fully remote working basis.
If you are an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, looking to work for a collaborative, supportive firm, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The Role:
- Assisting with a manageable caseload of sale and purchase files, from inception to completion
- Dealing with sale enquiries
- Dealing with basic freehold title checks
- Reviewing searches and mortgage offers and reporting on your findings
- Exchange and completion formalities
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents throughout the transaction

The Requirements:
- You will be an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, confident dealing with a broad range of files
- Able to confidently deal with the majority of tasks on a full sale and purchase caseload (ability to basic title check advantageous)
- Confident user of a case management system

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
