Gastro Pub near Maidstone seeks chef to join the team, you will typically be looking to consolidate your skils and look for training to move through the brigade within the next 12 months.
You will enjoy working with fresh food and helping to develop menus driven by the seasons. You maybe stuck in a position with no progression or working in a semi fresh environment where you are not developing any new skills.
We have a friendly and stress avoiding approach to the business and aim to create an enjoyable working environment not typical of the traditional Gastro pub environment.
Dealing with a high volume of guests during service you will also be familiar with cooking classic and contemporary style dishes to a high standard across all sections.
