An award-winning and leading Fit out Specialist are now looking for an ambitious and client facing Quantity Surveyor, to join their hardworking Bury St Edwards team.
Based in the heart of the town, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be immediately supporting the team across multiple projects, which were all awarded this summer. This will include, Education, Health and Commercial.

The company would like to speak with Senior Quantity Surveyors, who have are confident with clients, commercially aware and have a strong ability to work alongside younger Quantity Surveyors, including;
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
- 5+ years Post grad experience
- Clear understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
- Client facing
- Eagerness to build relationships
- Broad range of sector experience
- MRICS ideal, but not essential
