The Product Governance Executive supports the delivery of effective Product Governance across Post Office Insurance’s product portfolio, helping to ensure compliance with FCA PROD 4 and Consumer Duty requirements.
The role is responsible for the coordination and administration of core product governance activity across the product lifecycle; including product approvals, in‑life reviews, fair value assessments and Consumer Duty outcome testing. This includes the identification and escalation of product, conduct and customer outcome risks; where governance is incomplete, unclear or indicates potential consumer harm.
Working as part of the first‑line Product Governance team, the Product Governance Executive supports consistent, well‑evidenced governance processes and maintains accurate records, MI and documentation, while working closely with Product, Commercial, Risk and Compliance teams.
