What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own caseload of residential transactions, managing your own caseload of sales and purchase, leasehold and freehold files.
- Handling a variety of property types and transactions under tight deadlines.
- Delivering efficient, proactive, and client-focused service at all times.
- Developing your reputation as an expert in plot sales within a supportive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months residential experience. NQ+
- Qualified and non-qualified welcome to apply
- You will be career motivated, with excellent communication and project management skills.
- You will have a high level of client care, and will have a proactive, professional, solutions-driven, and friendly character.
- You will have a strong commitment to teamwork and will enjoy working with colleagues at all levels of the business.
