Are you an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for a rewarding Year 6 opportunity?
A welcoming and supportive primary school in Levenshulme is seeking an experienced and motivated Year 6 Teacher to join their team from September on a full-time, long-term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative school that has high expectations for both staff and pupils, while ensuring children are well prepared for their transition to secondary school.
- Full-time Year 6 Class Teacher

Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Preparing pupils for SATs while maintaining a broad, balanced and enjoyable curriculum

Tracking pupil progress and providing targeted support where required

Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement

Working closely with colleagues, parents and senior leaders to support every child's progress
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6

Strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum and assessment requirements

Excellent behaviour management skills

The ability to motivate, challenge and inspire pupils of all abilities
