Experience of a residential child care setting is valued, however not essential, as we will give you all the training and support you need to support our children, and develop your career.
It is important that any applicants have a clear understanding of local safeguarding procedures, and a comprehensive training package is delivered to all new recruits.
Sleep-over shifts also include a highly competitive sleep over rate of £50
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for up to 1 child aged between 8 and 18.
- Ensuring the safety of all children and staff.
- Act as key worker for individual children.
- Partake in a robust Continued Professional Development programme.To work in accordance of the Children's Homes Regulations, The Care Standards Act and all other relevant legislation.
