Key accountabilities include:
- Preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP).
- Prepare quarterly MiFID reporting submissions for relevant entities across the Group.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess the impact on existing reporting processes.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting processes, automation, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial information production.
- Prepare monthly management information for relevant entities across the Group, providing insight on financial performance and trend analysis against prior periods and budget.
- Assist in the development and implementation of controls and processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial and regulatory information.
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Capital teams to gather required inputs and ensure alignment across regulatory frameworks.
- Support internal and external audits related to regulatory and financial reporting.
- Assist in the automation and improvement of reporting processes and systems.

About you
You will have:
- Financial reporting experience and production of statutory accounts and monthly/quarterly management information
- Experience with MiFID and IPRU-INV reporting.
- Proficient in Excel and experience working with large data sets.
- Understanding of the UK regulatory landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will be comfortable:
- Working flexibly with some time required at the office
- Travelling when and where required to Nucleus business locations to fulfil your responsibilities.
