Acorn Occupational Health - part of Spire Healthcare Group - is seeking a self-motivated, full-time, office-based Customer Service Administrator to support our growing Client Services team.

The role will involve customer support, report auditing, issuing questionnaires via database systems, and a range of general administrative duties.
Within the role:

Provide administrative support to the team, including diary management, handling post, emails, telephone calls, general correspondence, photocopying, shredding and scanning

Assist with the management of multiple databases

Audit medical health surveillance reports, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Provide comprehensive advice to customers and promote Acorn Occupational Health services, including Absence Management, Occupational Health Surveillance, Wellbeing Initiatives, Immunisation, Ergonomics and Biological Testing

Process medical records in line with company policies and procedures

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
