Apprenticeship Coach – Housing & Property Management
The Apprentice Academy is a specialist apprenticeship training provider, delivering high-quality programmes and qualifications to individuals and organisations across the UK.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Apprenticeship Coach to join our expanding Housing and Property Management delivery team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the housing sector who is passionate about supporting others to develop their skills and build successful careers. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of working with tenants, lettings, and housing processes, along with a genuine desire to share their knowledge. Full training and support to become an apprenticeship coach will be provided.
About the role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you will support apprentices across a range of organisations in both the public and private sectors. You will play a key role in helping learners build confidence, develop their professional competence, and progress in their careers.
You will work with a diverse client base including:
- Estate agencies
- Lettings agencies
- Housing associations
- Block management companies
Working arrangements
This is a home-based role, offering flexibility and autonomy. Occasional travel will be required to our head office in Manchester, typically no more than four times per year.
Essential for the role:
- At least 5 years’ experience working with tenants, lettings or property management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels
- A disciplined self-starter
- The ability to motivate and support others
- Good time management and planning skills
- Good admin and report writing skills
- Confident with using technology
- A suitable quiet workspace at home, with appropriate broadband speed
Desirable for the role:
- Propertymark, IRPM or CIH qualification
- Experience of teaching or training others
