Property Negotiator
to assist the senior negotiator in purchasing residential investment properties with protected tenancies , for established retained clients with cash funds
essential 2 yr min experience in property sales or management/ admin
highly self motivated ,proven track record, ability to work under pressure
performance related , computer literate Microsoft, and excel essential
Articulate, well spoken with excellent communication skills verbally and written
Disciplined and well organised , with attention to detail in reporting to clients
full and clean Uk drivers licence with own car
Part-time flexible hours: 15-20 per week
salary £15000 plus commission
