We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our Production Team as a Supervisor on B Shift.
This vacancy is open to current Team Leaders and colleagues in roles above Team Leader who are looking to take the next step in their career and continue their development within Heler Foods Packing.
As a Supervisor, you will lead a team of approximately 30 colleagues, ensuring the safe, efficient and effective delivery of the production plan while maintaining our high standards of quality, food safety and customer service.
Working closely with the Shift Lead and other departments, you will play a key role in achieving operational targets, developing your team and driving continuous improvement across the Production function.

Lead and motivate your team to deliver the daily production plan safely and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, GMP and hygiene standards.

Support the achievement of key operational KPIs including OTIF, CTP, OEE, waste reduction and quality standards.

Plan labour resources to meet production requirements.

Deliver team briefings, toolbox talks and support colleague development.

Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Planning and Quality teams.

Promote continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance performance.

Has proven leadership experience and can motivate and develop others.

Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills.

Has a good understanding of Health & Safety, GMP and food safety requirements.

Understands production performance measures and continuous improvement principles.

Leads by example, takes ownership and delivers results.

Makes sound decisions and remains calm under pressure.
