As they continue their rapid growth, they’re looking for a Customer-Focused Account Manager to join their Operations team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional merchant experience.
The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the heart of the customer journey, supporting a portfolio of merchants and acting as a key point of contact. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days look the same.
You’ll be instrumental in:
- Delivering outstanding day-to-day merchant support
- Resolving queries quickly and effectively
- Supporting onboarding, account changes, and closures
- Working closely with technical, sales, and finance teams
- Helping merchants get the absolute best out of their payment solutions
- Delivering training and improving overall customer success
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management, customer support, or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills with a genuine customer-first approach
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Confident working across different teams to solve problems
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
- Bonus: exposure to payments, financial services, or gateway providers
