We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join one of our valued clients based in Soham, Cambridgeshire. This role would suit a skilled individual with a strong background in joinery or carpentry who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is confident working with hand and power tools in a manufacturing or workshop environment.

Job Duties:
· Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber and wood-based materials
· Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
· Using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
· Ensuring all work meets quality standards and customer specifications
· Carrying out repairs, adjustments, and finishing work where required
· Maintaining a clean and organised work area
· Always adhering to all health and safety regulations
· Working independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines
· Identifying defects and reporting any issues to supervisors
What we are looking for:
· Proven experience as a bench joiner or a similar role within the woodworking industry (minimum of 2 years).
· Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
· Excellent knowledge of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
· Ability to accurately measure, mark, and cut wood pieces for precise fitting.
· Strong joinery skills and familiarity with various joinery techniques.
