Pay Rates
- £13.88 per hour – Days
- £15.87 per hour – Afternoons
- Overtime paid at x1.5 weekdays & Saturdays
- Sunday overtime paid at x2
Shift Pattern

Afternoons
- 3:00pm – 10:30pm
- Early finish on Fridays
The Role
As a Welder / Production Operative, you will be working within a busy manufacturing environment producing large utility pipework for the water and waste sectors.
Duties will include:
- Operating automatic welding machinery
- Welding flanges onto utility pipes
- Carrying out manual welding repairs where required
- Supporting other areas of production
- Training on manual lathes and additional machinery
- Maintaining quality and safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Basic MIG welding or machine operating experience
- Good attitude to work and willingness to learn
- Reliable and hardworking
- Manufacturing or production experience beneficial
- FLT Counterbalance licence advantageous but not essential
- Previous industrial paint experience beneficial
- Must be able to drive or live locally due to site location and limited public transport access
