Summary of the role
The Cyber Specialist is a security role within the SLS Digital Workplace within Equans. He is one of the key point of contact regarding cyber security topics related to the services provides by the SLS (Share Line Services) DWP, covering a large scope such as O365 (Exchange, Power Platform, SharePoint…), Endpoint (mobiles, workstations, Intune…), ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB).
This specialist works closely together with the SLS Digital Workplace teams, but also with others teams such as the CSIRT, the Cyber CORP, the architects, the DPO, and the BUs.
This role ensure that SLS DWP receives the needed support regarding cyber security topics.

- Data storage of Sharepoint >1.2PT
- ITSM: 5.000 Service Requests and 28.551 Incidents closed in 2024
- Coverage: Europe, NORAM, LATAM, ANZ regions served
Key Objectives
- Perform risks analysis on different solutions, projects within the SLS
- Follow with the teams the risks remediation plans, the audits remediations
- Support the resolution of cybersecurity incidents within SLS DWP scope
- Providing cybersecurity guidance to operational teams across endpoint management, Office 365, and ServiceNow activities.
- Acting with the S-CISO as the Cybersecurity contact point for SLS DWP and ensuring proper communication between SLS DWP, Corporate Cyber, and Legal departments.
- Contributing to the update and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation (policies, standards, procedures) in collaboration with internal teams.
- Participating in vulnerability monitoring and raising alerts related to endpoint, server, and application security.
Key KPIs
- Participate to a good vulnerabilities score in Ivanti (target 700)
- Close with the team the critical findings regarding audits and risk analysis
- Remediate security incidents tickets pushed to the SLS DWP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the technical escalation point for cyber security topics (in link with SLS DWP S-CISO)
- Manage exception workflows, ensuring traceability, approval, and periodic review.
- Collaborate with Security teams to support vulnerabilities, incidents remediation (CSIRT and VMCT)
- Work closely with Endpoint, O365 and Tooling (ServiceNow) Teams to follow up cyber security topics within SLS DWP
- Collaborate with Cyber Corp about Security policies, standard, procedures, technical reviews
- Help to maintain documentation related to cyber security within SLS DWP, or related to SLS DWP ISO 27001 certification
- Maintain strong professional relationships with your key interfaces (Cybersecurity teams (per entity & globally), the different SLS, the BUs, the users…)
- Regular reports/sync with the SLS DWP S-CISO
