Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in complaint handling is preferred.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling products or services when appropriate.
- Must be coachable, willing to learn and open to feedback.
