Nails Lounge is a busy and friendly nail salon based on Gosforth High Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 4AA. We are a professional salon offering high-quality nail and beauty treatments, using top-end brands and providing a welcoming service to our clients.
We are currently looking for an experienced Nail Technician to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.
Important: Previous nail salon experience is required. Applicants without nail experience will not be considered.
Main duties include:
- Manicures and pedicures
- Gel polish application
- BIAB / builder gel
- Acrylic nails, if experienced
- Nail shaping, cuticle work and polish removal
- Recommending colours, designs and nail art
- Keeping the workstation clean and tidy
- Sterilising tools and equipment
- Providing friendly customer service
- Offering nail care advice to clients
Requirements:
- Must have previous nail technician experience
- Must be confident working with clients
- Must be reliable, friendly and willing to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy salon environment
