Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong design and content creation skills who is looking to develop a career in marketing. You will gain hands-on experience across content creation, social media, video production, webinars, podcasts, events and marketing campaigns.
Unlike many junior marketing roles, you will have genuine ownership of projects and the opportunity to work across multiple brands from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media graphics and marketing materials
- Assist with campaign delivery and project coordination
- Design eBooks, guides, brochures and other marketing assets
- Edit video content for LinkedIn, webinars and marketing campaigns
- Support podcast, webinar and event promotion
- Schedule and manage social media content
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Help create content for websites, campaigns and member promotion
- Monitor engagement and support marketing reporting
You Must Have
- Strong Canva skills
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience creating social media and marketing content
- Experience using video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Adobe Express or CapCut
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A creative mindset and passion for marketing
Not Required but Desirable
- LinkedIn management experience
- Email marketing experience
- Experience creating short-form video content
- Photography or videography skills
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT
What We Offer
- Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. Office based role.
- Regular working hours are 9-5. No weekend or evening shifts.

Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
