About the Role
As a Team Member, you will work across both the bar and floor, helping to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Serving food and drinks to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Working efficiently as part of a busy team
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the venue
- Developing knowledge of our food, drink, and promotional offerings
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in hospitality is mandatory
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the nature of the role and bar service requirements
- A strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods
- Suitable employment references must be provided
- A current CV and cover letter must be submitted with your application
