Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver / Vehicle inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and collecting one vehicle per day from around the UK, in one of our new Ivecco Daily 3.5 tonne recovery vehicles, ensuring timely arrivals and professionalism at all times.
This role requires excellent driving skills, organisational abilities, and a strong commitment to customer service. The Driver will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution processes.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles, including lorries and vans, in compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with loading and unloading items, including heavy lifting where necessary, using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs, reporting any issues or delays promptly
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections on arrival at your location with view to purchasing to ensure standards are met
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery / collection schedules and any unforeseen circumstances
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others
Qualifications
- Proven delivery driver experience with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Organised with excellent time management skills to meet tight schedules
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations is preferred

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
