About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you’ll lead, inspire, and develop your own team, creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and at home. You’ll play a key role in shaping high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people.
We’re also open to experienced Deputy Managers ready to take the next step in their career.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 12 months’ management experience in a children’s residential setting
- Experience of completing an Ofsted inspection
- Level 3 QCF/NVQ in Children & Young People’s Workforce
- Willingness to work towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management
