We are looking for a reliable, organised and motivated individual to join our growing manufacturing business in an administration role.
This opportunity can be offered on either a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the successful candidate. Whether you already have administration experience or are looking to develop your skills in a manufacturing environment, we would be interested in hearing from you.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with genuine long-term career prospects. For the right candidate, the role could develop into a Production Planner position in the future.
Main Responsibilities
- Raising delivery notes
- Producing and issuing production paperwork
- Printing production tickets
- Supporting the production team with day-to-day administration
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- General office administration duties
- Assisting other departments as required
Skills and Experience
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using computers and office systems
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Comfortable learning new software and internal systems
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, professional and self-motivated
- Able to work accurately in a busy environment
- Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential
Important Information
- The role will involve working across both our Cannock and Bilston sites.
- A full UK driving licence and access to transport is essential.
- The position may be offered on either a part-time (32.5 hours per week) or full-time basis, depending on the successful candidate.
- Please note: Salary is paid monthly.
