Due to our expanding workload we require a fully qualified Asbestos Surveyor experienced in Management and R&D surveys across a wide range of building types.
The successful applicant must posses;
- BOHS P402 or equivalent
- Experience carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in using an electronic asbestos software system, such as TEAMS
- Good understanding of technology (use of tablet-based applications)
- Proficient in using the Microsoft office package
Your primary duties will include;
- Carrying out Management and R&D surveys within commercial, industrial and domestic properties
- Accurate collection of factual and numerical data via a tablet device
- Produce Asbestos Survey through our electronic asbestos mgt software, TEAMS
- Communication with clients, management, the Technical Support team and fellow team members
