About the Role:Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in promoting Calligaris products, engaging with customers, and driving sales.
Your enthusiasm for design and customer satisfaction will help create a memorable shopping experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Calligaris furniture and accessories
Gain in-depth knowledge of our product range, including sales terms
Manage the order process efficiently from inquiry to delivery
Collect payments and process transactions accurately
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
Collaborate with the team to maintain the store’s visual appeal, cleanliness, and layout according to brand standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in the furniture industry or durable goods is preferred
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
Passionate about sales, furniture, and contemporary design
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
What We Offer:
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Fixed £14,000 + Commission
Working hours:
3 days per week
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
One weekday (rotational): 8 hours
4 days off per week
Holiday entitlement: 16 days plus pro-rata bank holidays
Probation period: 2 months
