We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to play a central role in supporting our thriving co-curricular departments. Working closely with the Heads of Drama, Music and Sport, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across a wide range of activities, including individual music and LAMDA lessons, examinations, scholarships, productions, sporting fixtures, trips and events.
As the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visiting staff, you will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy school environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to the success of a vibrant and diverse co-curricular community.

Professional development and staff welfare
Our professional team of staff is Woldingham’s greatest asset, and we want to ensure that everyone is supported to work in an effective, enjoyable and fulfilling way. Staff Development is a high priority, with induction and mentoring programmes for Newly Qualified Teachers and new colleagues, plus an annual cycle of Personal Professional Development planning for all colleagues.
