We’re a growing logistics and eCommerce fulfilment company based in Northwich, Cheshire. We manage warehousing and global distribution for several high-end fashion brands and online retailers.
Our day-to-day operations involve receiving large deliveries from fashion brands, processing stock, and shipping both direct-to-consumer and wholesale orders worldwide.
Due to continued expansion, we're looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our busy operations team and support the Head of Logistics with daily logistics coordination and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
- Organise and manage warehouse documentation (delivery notes, courier paperwork, invoices)
- Use internal systems and courier platforms to generate shipping labels and update order statuses
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Identify and help resolve issues such as stock discrepancies or delayed shipments
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse admin, or a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Good IT skills – confident using Excel and email (training on internal systems provided)
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
