Complex Care Support Worker Opportunity
Looking for a role where every shift feels meaningful, and where you can genuinely see the difference you make?
Every person we support at Chapel House in Winsford is unique, with their own interests, routines, and goals. As a Support Worker, you'll be joining a dedicated team supporting adults with complex health needs, including acquired brain injuries, in our warm and welcoming ten-bed home - a beautifully repurposed former school building with its own private garden and sensory room.
You'll play a vital role in helping our residents live the life they choose - offering encouragement, practical support, and genuine companionship. Whether it's spending time with someone in our sensory room, helping them access their community, or celebrating personal milestones, you'll be there to make a real impact.
- Various hours available, including day and night shifts.
- £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (higher rate applicable once trained and signed off as competent in tracheostomy and ventilation care).
- Experience: Previous experience is welcomed but not essential, as we provide full training and cover the cost of your qualifications to help you feel confident, capable, and supported.
What sets us apart:
- Welcome bonus of £250 - £50 after 4 weeks and £200 after completing 2 months (not eligible if we pay to sponsor you to work in the UK).
- Training & development covered by us: access to in-house and accredited courses.
- Bonus incentives: £150 on completing Level 2 or above, plus £50 for passing the Care Certificate.
- Blue Light Card: we cover the cost of your card, unlocking discounts on shopping, childcare, and more.

- £200 Refer-A-Friend bonus.
- Christmas Enhancement: double pay for allocated Christmas hours.
- Get paid as you earn: with FlexEarn, you can access a portion of your wages as soon as you've worked the hours - no waiting for payday.
