We are looking for a motivated and reliable Volunteer Digital Marketing Assistant to support our online selling activities on eBay and Vinted. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and online retail.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating and uploading product listings on eBay and Vinted
- Writing clear and attractive product descriptions
- Taking and editing simple product photos
- Researching pricing and trending items
- Helping promote listings through social media and online channels
- Monitoring messages and customer enquiries
- Assisting with organising stock and preparing items for dispatch
Skills and qualities we’re looking for
- Good written English and communication skills
- Basic IT and social media knowledge
- Interest in online selling, fashion, retail, or digital marketing
- Organised, reliable, and willing to learn
- Attention to detail
- Experience with eBay, Vinted, or social media is helpful but not essential
