An exciting opportunity has arrived to join our 5 star property at The Courthouse Hotel, London. We are currently recruiting for Night Concierge Porter to join the team.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

· Friendly, welcoming, and proficient
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest requests and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including restrooms, lobby, and dining areas
- Restock supplies as needed
- Assist with event set-up and breakdown as required
Essential skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Customer service oriented with an outgoing, upbeat and positive personality.
· Leadership qualities and professional well-groomed appearance.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Office Suite
· Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
