The position is open at the following location:
- La Mia Mamma, 257 Kings Road, SW3 5EL (Chelsea)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with attention to detail and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Engage with guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Offer drink recommendations and answer questions about the menu.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Restock bar supplies and manage inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service.
