All Rounder / Supervisor – Full Time
The Roastery, Truro & Tehidy Woods Café, Camborne
We’re looking for a permanent, full time All Rounder / Supervisor to join the Land’s End Coffee team, working across both our Truro roastery (Threemilestone, TR4) and Tehidy café (Camborne, TR14).
This is a hands-on role, supporting the day-to-day running of a busy independent coffee business. Own transport is essential and due to occasional solo working, applicants must be 18+ to be considered.
For the right candidates, we would be open to splitting the role to accommodate part time hours.
About the role:
- 5 days a week (some weekends in the mix)
- Split between our Truro roastery & Tehidy woodland café
- A varied role including barista work, front of house, food prep & packing wholesale coffee orders
- Previous hospitality/specialty coffee experience highly desirable
- Reliable, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Enhanced pay when covering Supervisor shifts
We’re looking for someone confident, enthusiastic, and eager to get stuck in.
