Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Assist guests with enquiries, check-in/check-out procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and communal areas.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed diligently.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
- Support the team with additional duties as required to ensure the efficient running of the hotel.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are important.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for providing outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
