Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Worker to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with guest services, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel environment. Previous hotel experience is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Assist guests with enquiries, check-in/check-out procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and communal areas.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed diligently.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
- Support the team with additional duties as required to ensure the efficient running of the hotel.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are important.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for providing outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
