What is Mega Vault?
Mega Vault is the world’s biggest gaming lounge & store! We sell a massive range of collectables, toys, board games, movies, merch, TCGs, TCG Accessories, wargaming products, DnD Products, Funko Pops, Hasbro figures, Neca Figures and so much more!
We have a massive gaming lounge with a console area, wargaming area, members lounge gaming lounge, tournament area, 6 themed DnD rooms, community room and so much more!
We also host gaming and non-gaming related events and tournaments. Basically, if you like anything pop culture or nerdy this is the place to be!
Job Description:
Assisting and advising customers with purchases, Teaching customers how to play board games, video games, arcade games and TCG games. Community engagement – playing games with our customers and community members, talking to them and building a relationship with them where appropriate. Maintaining and cleaning the shop and play areas ready for customer use. Running and assisting to run events. Stock management and online order packing, among other things.
A big part of this job is just playing games with people whether that be arcade games, board games, TCG games, War games, console games and so much more!
Working hours:
Our opening hours will be 9am till 12am 7 days a week, Shifts will manly be between those hours however operarting hours could be starting from 8am up to 1am or later when needed for special events. We aim to keep everyone happy and shift patterns can be adapted to keep it fair for all employee’s however be prepared to work weekends, this is not a standard 9 to 5 job!

We are looking for people with a genuine interest in pop & nerd culture, people who love video games, movies, board games, TCGs, arcade games and more! Being interested in all is definitely a bonus however we're also looking for people that love one practical field but are also looking to expand their knowledge on all. We’re looking for people that are willing and want to go that extra mile for our customers and community!
Pay: £16,900.00-£20,020.00 per year
