Package: £27,000 basic salary + uncapped commission + incentives

The Role:
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates
- Building and managing candidate relationships
- Supporting senior team members on active mandates
- Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
- Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries
- Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market
The Requirements:
- Degree educated
- B2B sales or previous phone based experience (preferred, not essential)
- Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in
- You’re ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong work ethic
