Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities within the foodservice sector.
- Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients through face-to-face meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximise sales potential while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to clients’ premises, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using IT systems.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to optimise client visits and follow-ups, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the foodservice or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, Hindi ,Urdu , both written and verbal.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a team-oriented approach.
