CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT – BOGNOR REGIS
A friendly and well-established law firm in Bognor Regis is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to support its busy Residential Property department.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous conveyancing experience who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and supporting transactions from instruction through to completion.
You’ll work closely with experienced fee earners on a varied caseload and play an important role in helping the department run smoothly day to day.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
- Opening and closing files
- Managing diaries and appointments
- General administrative support across residential property matters
The team has a supportive and approachable culture, with plenty of guidance available from experienced colleagues. This role would suit someone organised, client-focused and comfortable working within a busy property department.
The firm is keen to create a positive working environment where support staff are genuinely valued and encouraged to develop their knowledge further over time.
Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing is preferred, whether gained as a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant, Secretary or similar support role.
If you’re considering a move but unsure which opportunity would suit you best, we also work with a range of conveyancing and legal support roles across Hampshire, West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire and Kent.
