Job Overview:
A.D Tyres (Wholesale) LTD , a family business in Chesterfield, Derbyshire are looking for a new member of our sales team.
We sell tyres to motor trade customers, mostly via deliveries in the East Midlands area.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling tyres to potential customers. This is a great opportunity to showcase your excellent communication and negotiation skills while providing exceptional customer service.
As a small business , we all have to multi task, sometimes sales staff are required to do deliveries or assist warehouse when required.
Some knowledge of tyres preferred (not essential, as you would learn as you go).
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell tyres to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Process sales order on to the order system to ensure they are booked out efficiently for the customer.
-Purchasing of stock and special order items through our suppliers
- Manage existing key accounts effectively
- Provide a highly professional level of service to all customers consistently.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Taking inbound calls to process customer orders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Proficient in using IT tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Fluency in English is required
-Full UK Driving license required
