Tapas y Copas (tapas and drinks) is at the heart of everything we do. We combine the finest Spanish produce with the best local ingredients to create exceptional dishes inspired by our passion for Spain.
Almost everything we serve is prepared on site, or traditionally cured and aged in Spain before being expertly finished by our team. Our food is complemented by a carefully curated drinks offering, with the same level of attention and creativity applied to both. Our cocktail list also reflects a strong Spanish influence.
Our team shares a passion for outstanding service, authentic food and wine, and the Spanish way of life. We are energetic, committed, and driven by attitude, personality, and pride in what we do.
Key Responsibilities
· Run a designated kitchen section
· Prepare and cook dishes to required standards
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation
· Ensure consistency and presentation
· Support junior team members
