We are seeking an experienced Manager/Bar Staff/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bar/restaurant operations, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and service excellence are maintained at all times.

Duties
- Oversee operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service, fostering a positive team environment
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table allocations to optimise guest experience
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with training new staff members in service procedures, food safety protocols, and company policies
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and back-of-house facilities
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality, preferably within a restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Previous experience in serving or managing within a busy pub/restaurant setting is essential
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good maths skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
- Demonstrable knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service excellence
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
