Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the organisation’s market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst exploring avenues for upselling and cross-selling.
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts or partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align strategies and optimise client solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities or threats.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the organisation professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar CRM software is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to analyse market data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards achieving targets.
- A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
