Job Overview
As an increasing demand for our clients globally goes, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill the role of Business Development & Marketing Executive to ensure the increasing growth and development.
This is a dual-role position combining strategic business development with creative marketing execution . You will play a key role in driving our growth by attracting new students (both domestic and international), building agency partnerships, and enhancing our brand presence across online and offline channels .
You will have the autonomy to develop strategies and the support of an experienced team to execute them. If you are a self-starter with a passion for education and a talent for converting leads into enrolments, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including international agents, partner schools, and corporate clients .
- Manage and evaluate agency performance to ensure alignment with recruitment targets .
- Drive direct student recruitment through strategic partnerships and networking events .
- Represent Hyde Global Education at international education fairs, webinars, and promotional events .
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, SEO, email) to generate high-quality leads .
- Manage the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content that increases brand awareness and engagement .
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in the education sector .
- Support the development of marketing collateral, including promotional videos, case studies, and newsletters .
Student Enrolment Support
- Handle enquiries from agents and parents regarding course options, admissions requirements, and the application process .
- Liaise with the admissions and student services teams to ensure a smooth transition for new students
Who We Are Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the education, consultancy, or EdTech sectors .
- Proven track record of achieving targets and generating leads .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage, given our student demographic) .
- Experience using social media for business (LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat) and familiarity with CRM systems .
Skills & Attributes:

- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team .
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills .
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the UK independent school and higher education landscape.
