Main duties will include:
- Creation and Data entry of Purchase Orders
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers
- Run daily/weekly reports for sales/stock requirements
- Liaise with suppliers re pricing, stock availability and delivery dates.
- Provide data for Management team
- Administration Support to Purchasing Department
- Scan, file and maintain document management system
- Expedite outstanding purchase orders
- Proficiently prepare and manage international shipment documentation
Hours
- 0830 – 1700hrs (1hr for lunch) preferred, but can be flexible for the right candidate
- Mon-Fri
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A meticulous attention to detail
- Good PC skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
- Be reliable, hardworking, analytical, friendly and a team worker
- Exhibits a keen interest and enthusiasm for procurement.
