About the Role
You’ll support individuals with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Complex Mental Health needs in their homes and out in the community. This is a dynamic, varied role — one day you could be supporting life skills, the next helping someone access their community or manage their wellbeing. No two days are the same, and that’s what makes this role so rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred support
- Support daily living and independence
- Encourage community involvement
- Provide emotional and mental health support
- Work alongside families and professionals
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, resilient, and reliable individuals
- Experience in care/mental health (2 years+)
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence working independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
